Young Families

Our Young Families activities are based in church on weekdays.

ABC (Adults, Babies & Children)

This takes place on Monday & Tuesday mornings in term time, in the Narthex, that is the large room across the west end of the church.

It runs from 9.30 a.m. to 11.15 a.m., and costs £1 per adult and 50 pence per child.  There are toys, games, jigsaws, books & a baby corner.  There are crafts, snacks and a song time.

It is for children under three and their carers.

Each term usually ends with a pram service.

Children must be accompanied by an adult

If you might be interested in coming to a session, please complete the contact form (opens in a new window).

Friday Morning Group

This is actually one of our Cells, however it has a staffed crèche and is held in church on Friday Morning from 9.30 a.m. to 11.25 a.m., during term time.  The group also meets informally at a members house during the summer holidays for fellowship and refreshments.  The usual format of a group meeting follows our standard cell meeting structure:

Crèche for the under threes and carers on Sundays.

If you are attending church at 10.30 a.m., and your child becomes restless during the service, please feel free to make use of the creche facilities in the Creche room and the Narthex.  The service can still be heard through the loudspeakers in the Narthex if you wish to remain with your child.
