Vicar

Rev. Paul Ayers

Paul Ayers

He was born and brought up in Bradford. After training in Oxford and Bristol, he has served in parishes in the Bradford diocese. He came to Pudsey in 1997. He says, "I am enjoying learning new ways of being a vicar for the 21st century. My job is not so much to do the ministry as to help, support and enable all our members to do their ministry."

Curate

Phil Arnold

Phil Arnold is from Australia, and has lived in England for 9 years. Previously he has worked in nursing, public health and cross cultural ministry. Phil trained at St Johns College, Nottingham. He is curate of Pudsey Parish Church and St Johns Farsley, dividing his time between the two parishes.

Church Administrator

Janet Caiger

Janet is the first point of contact for many people.  She is the keeper of the church diary and producer of the weekly "Sunday Link" notice sheet and monthly Prayer Calendar.

Children and Young Families Worker

Gareth Howles

Gareth is responsible for teaching our children in church and liaising with the local schools.  He leads the team that provide the holiday time Holiday Clubs for Primary School age children. He also leads the term time youth club (friday@6) and after school club (Bounce).
