Generosity
You may have noticed that we do not pass a collection plate round during our services. We want you to enjoy our hospitality without feeling that you have to pay for the privilege. Our God has generously blessed our church, and we are glad to share that blessing with you.
Our regular members give to the church of their time, talents and tithes to help us share God’s love for Pudsey with our community. Most make regular monthly payments direct into our bank or via the Parish Giving scheme and have signed a declaration to enable us to claim Gift Aid on their donation.
If you want to give a gift to Pudsey Parish Church you can donate online using our Bank details:

Gift Aid – is a scheme where taxpayers can authorise the church to collect some of the tax they have paid on their earnings as a gift from the government to support charitable work and social transformation. All you need to do is complete a gift aid declaration and it can be applied to your current gift, any gifts that we can trace from the previous 4 years and any future giving. Please do ask the churchwardens for a gift aid certificate, click here to complete an online declaration or click on the link to download the Gift Aid Form for Pudsey Parish Church
Parish Giving Scheme (PGS). – This is run by the diocese on behalf of all Church of England churches. They do all the administration to collect the gift and any gift aid and forward it to the church as a regular monthly income. Click here to give to Pudsey via PGS
Transparency – We use an accounts package to keep records of all receipts and expenditure. Our PCC receive a Finance Update at each meeting to monitor our ability to fund our activities. Please note that no money is spent by the church without it being authorised by 2 signatories, and records are monitored by an external bookkeeper. We are grateful to Sally, Fran, Marian, Tom and our bookkeeper Vanessa for the smooth processing of income and expenditure.
